Great free spa in the basement (swimming pool, relaxation room, sauna and steam room; massages and beauty treatments are extra and expensive), very comfortable accommodation with all amenities (toaster, kettle, grill-microwave, dishwasher, 4-plate hob, vacuum cleaner, broom), good and safe ski lockers (individual per flat), very helpful and friendly and arranging staff, perfectly formed apartments, perfect for skiing in/out (despite the lack of snow when we were there). Beautiful view from any window. Ski rental shop at the bottom of the building, along with a few restaurants. And oh so very quiet at night. Loved it!
Difficult access with public transports: take the funicular from Bourg St Maurice to Arc 1600, then take the bus to Arc 1800, then take another smaller bus especially for Chantel 1. The whole trip from Arc1600 can take up to one hour. Walking it would be difficult and as long. The distance Arc 1800 - Chantel 1 is short and walkable but on a steep slope, so best done when not carrying much and if the slope is not covered in snow.

Excellent location with easy access to the slopes. The apartment was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The pool and sauna facilities were a great way to relax after a day of skiing. The staff were friendly and helpful. I had a fantastic stay at Pierre & Vacances Premium.

Location of the hotel was very good, however, bus ride to any supermarket or other facilities. One bar and restaurant at the side of the hotel. Ski out and in was welcomed.
Bit disappointed that the welcome pack with information about the hotel was in french. I asked on reception for a menu for the spa treatments, they didn't have any printed in english.

Our self-catering apartment was great for our ski trip. The kitchen facilities were handy and included a dishwasher, which made our stay more comfortable. The location of the apartments within Les Arcs 1800 was ideal, and the free shuttle bus was regularly available with a stop nearby, which was useful in the evenings. the direct access to the slopes from the ski locker room was very convenient.
The apartment layout was not ideally designed, with difficult access between areas and awkward stairs.

Very good location: you get on the slope just when you get out of the hotel. Rooms are adequately big and comfortable. Definitely the best choice if you want to stay at Arcs 1800.
Some of the services are overpriced, especially parking lot.

The hotel's decoration was absolutely charming, with a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The general areas were well-maintained and had a lovely traditional style. As a senior woman, I really appreciated how accessible the hotel was for people of my age. The staircases were wide and had sturdy handrails, and there were conveniently located elevators throughout the property.
I would have liked to see more activities or entertainment specifically catered to senior guests. The children working there were polite, but it would have been nice to have some activities or events that were tailored to our age group.

I recently stayed at this luxurious hotel and I must say, I was impressed. The location was perfect, with easy access to the slopes and the village shops. The interior decoration of the hotel was tastefully done, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and competent, always ready to assist with any needs or inquiries. The ski resort itself was fantastic, offering a great variety of slopes for intermediate and semi-advanced skiers.
I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. I would definitely recommend it to my friends and family.

Great scenic ski in ski out just up to slops from town. We bough bum boards to slide in every night. Great fun!!
They don't provide you with directions to get there nor do they tell you whether Chantel one or two which caused us great inconvenience with we arrived with the wrong one with all our bags as the second shuttle bus is not great for heavy bags and skis. Tip: just get a 55e taxi direct from Bourg to the door. Saves arsing about with a e10 finuclar and two further buses! Also if you are in one there is only a pool. No Spa/sauna. Tip bring some nespresso (flat style) capsules from home as there is a machine in apartment!

During our New Year’s stay, we enjoyed the great skiing opportunities and the beautiful scenery of the surrounding mountains. The ski-in ski-out location was incredibly convenient, allowing us to hit the slopes right away. Apart from that, we also appreciated the spacious and clean accommodation with well-equipped kitchens that were perfect for preparing meals.
The location was a bit isolated, making it difficult to get to and from the town, especially in the evening. We had to walk for a long while, and the winding roads made it tricky.

A Mountain Retreat: Nestled in the picturesque valley, this hotel is the perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The views over the valley, dominated by Mont Blanc, are truly breathtaking.
Difficult Path: The only downside was the path to take.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the pool area which was well-maintained and family-friendly. The location to the ski in area was ideal as it allowed me to easily access the slopes. Additionally, the cleanliness of the hotel was impressive and the staff were friendly, professional and always ready to help. Lastly, the parking was well-organized with easy access and assigned parking spots.
Nothing at all.
